We understand with making such a commitment, it can seem daunting - here are some of our frequently asked questions to put your mind at ease!

  • Would you take a tourer or motorhome in part-exchange?Yes – if you’re tired of touring and have decided to go static we will work out a part-exchange plan especially for you. Our team will be happy to provide more details.
     

  • How do we sort out finance?
    Three Lochs Holiday Park work in partnership with a number of finance providers and will be happy to discuss this further with you and can provide quotations on request.

  • Can I part-exchange my holiday home which is on another park?
    If you already own on another park just bring with you all the details of your holiday home when you visit the park and we will do the rest!
     

  • Can I move my caravan onto Three Lochs from another park?
    If you have a caravan on another holiday park you will need to bring all the details with you when you visit Three Lochs and we can discuss your options regarding your existing caravan at that time.
     

  • What are the running costs?
    Site fees – these vary on different areas of the park so it would depend where your caravan is located.
    Gas – piped and bottled gas is available
    Electricity – billed yearly
     

  • Will you help me sublet my caravan?
    Yes, many of our owners successfully rent out their holiday homes themselves and use the income towards their running costs. Depending on the age, make and model of your caravan we will consider subletting it for you with a commission charged for this service. We are more than happy to answer any questions you may have regarding sub-letting your holiday home and can also provide cleaning and key handling services.
     

  • How long can I keep my holiday home for?
    We have no age limit on caravans at Three Lochs.
